01Origin & making
Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, Mid 20th century. Shaped by a working tradesman for a working household, and repaired rather than replaced. Materials: Brass and copper.
02The life of the object
Complete and matched: pan, stirrer, cooling tray and mortar, all with the same forge scale. Sets rarely survive whole because the mortar was borrowed between tents.
03The journey to Arajiz
From a single Qassim household, sold as one lot. Offered through Dar Al-Turath Gallery in Riyadh. Our specialists examined material, tooling marks and repair history, and a full condition report accompanies the lot.
